Using the calendar or the drop down boxes on the 'check in' line, select the date that you will be arriving at your selected accommodation. Then on the 'check out' line select the date you will be departing the accommodation.

From the Accommodation Search on the Home page, locate suitable accommodation for you, your family or party and from here click Book Now.
Check Availability
To check availability, click the 'Check Availability' button below the 'Check In' and 'Check Out' dates. Our system will then search for all the selected accommodation and room types for the dates you entered.
Changing Dates
You can use the 'day earlier' or 'day later' links, or the 'week earlier' or 'week later' links, located next to the 'Check In' and 'Check Out' calendar to search for availability for different dates without having to re-enter new dates.
My Quote
You can use the booking system to create and save a quote, which you can retrieve later by clicking 'My Quote' tab on the home page of www.sardiniahotelsdirect.com. This quote will be emailed to you at the email address you provide.
How to Register
If you want to save a quote and then retrieve it later, you must first register via the 'Login' button on the right hand side of the suitcase. You will be asked to enter your email address and a unique password: please keep a note of these as you will need them if you wish to login and confirm your quote.
How many Quotes Can I Make?
You can make as many quotes as you like! However, a quote does not hold any elements of your holiday. Your quotes will remain on the system until we do our regular 'housekeeping' when they may be deleted.
How Do I Confirm a Quote?
When you are ready to confirm your quote, log on using the 'My Quote' button. You will be shown all your saved quotes - click the one you wish to amend or confirm, and then click the 'Book' button.
Room Jargon
After the system has searched for available rooms, it will then tell you which room types are 'Available', 'On request', 'Not available' or 'Not checked yet'.
Available
This indicates that the room/apartment/villa is fully available at the present time and can be booked and confirmed immediately.
On Request
This indicates that the room/apartment/villa has to be requested from the accommodation provider. You can still continue with a 'Provisional Booking' which will be subject to availability. Please note that at this point you are committed to the booking when the accommodation becomes available.
Not Available
This means that the room/apartment/villa is not available and we are not able to request it. You must select a different room type or accommodation or look for other accommodation in the same area with similar star rating and facilities.
Not Checked Yet
This means that the room/apartment/villa 'Check Availability' button has not yet been clicked. Select your dates and click the 'Check Availability' button so the system can check the availability for your selected dates and accommodation.

Payment
To confirm your holiday, SardiniaHotelsDirect.com require a deposit of £50 per person with the final balance due only six weeks before your departure. If your booking is made within six weeks of departure then the full balance will be due. SardiniaHotelsDirect.com will accept most major credit cards at a charge of 2% per transaction. There is no charge for the use of Maestro cards or Debit Cards.
